Store Policy

At Lustre, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns except in the following cases:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our warranty policy.
  2. Incorrect or Incomplete Order: If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will rectify the issue promptly.
  3. Warranty: All our products come with a two years warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us for assistance.
  4. Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Shipping policy

1. Free Delivery On Orders 1000AED+. For orders less than 1000AED, a 69AED delivery fee will apply. 

2. Standard Delivery Within 14 Days

We strive to deliver orders within 14 days in the UAE. On the rare occasion an order is late, our customer service team will be in contact.

3. Shipping Notification

Your order and payment confirmation will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder. If you do not find the notification in your junk folder, it is possible that the email was inputted incorrectly. In this case, kindly contact us so we can update the email address and send out a new order confirmation.
